Job Summary

Job Summary:

This position will play a strategic role in attracting and hiring top talent to support the organizations growth and initiatives. The individual will partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to develop effective recruitment strategies identify talent needs and lead the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition leadership capabilities excellent communication skills and the ability to drive impactful hiring outcomes.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business objectives talent needs and workforce planning. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and engage with top-tier candidates. Build and maintain a network of qualified professionals leveraging referrals networking events and industry connections.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications skills and cultural fit. Conduct in-depth interviews assess technical and soft skills and provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings candidate screenings interview coordination offer negotiations and onboarding. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Marketing: Contribute to employer branding initiatives including content creation social media presence and recruitment marketing campaigns. Represent the organization at industry events and engage with talent communities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers HR partners and senior stakeholders. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track analyze and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Provide mentorship guidance and support to junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators. Share knowledge best practices and industry insights to foster professional growth within the team.
  • Compliance and Diversity: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives by sourcing and engaging with diverse talent pools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging trends best practices and technologies in talent acquisition. Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and tools.
  • Perform other related duties or specialized areas as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

  • 4 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
  • 3 years of recruiting for engineering roles Bay Area Preferred
  • Ability to successfully manage 30-40 job requisitions at a time and deliver 3-7 hires per month
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies laws regulations and best practices for hiring and recruitment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems especially BreezyHR
  • Highly skilled at technical recruitment using social media especially LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience using Google Workspace Namely Slack Confluence Zoom GoogleMeet and DocuSign
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

  • LinkedIn Recruiter Certification a plus
  • Previous international sourcing and recruiting experience especially the EMEA region.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.

The pay range for this position is $90K to 133K discretionary annual performance bonus. Pay is dependent on the applicants relevant experience.
