Job Summary
The role requires someone skilled in both bartending operations and front office responsibilities ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of mixology beverage preparation cash handling and bar inventory management combined with front desk experience such as check-in/check-out procedures reservations management guest relations and handling inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and presentation excellence.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Manage bar inventory and stock levels.
Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
Upsell beverages and promote special offers.
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
Manage reservations and update guest information in the system.
Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests promptly.
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
