This role combines expertise in coffee preparation and beverage service ensuring high-quality standards and excellent guest experiences in both café and bar environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages (espresso-based drinks specialty coffees etc.)
- Operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Mix classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure proper calibration cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
- Provide product recommendations and upsell specialty items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of replenishment needs.
- Maintain bar inventory and control stock.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.
- Follow health safety and hygiene regulations.
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.
- Requirements:
Proven international experience of a minimum of 2 years in a 4-5-star hotel or high-end restaurants
Strong knowledge of spirits wines cocktails coffee tea and other beverages.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent guest service and communication skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
Attention to detail with a positive professional attitude.
Strong English language skills (spoken and written).
Valid local Food Handling License
Skills Pass certification/Pre-departure course.
