Rate of Pay: 100.31 - 132.33 per day
Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality inclusive childcare for children aged 23 years within the Flying Start framework. You will play a pivotal role in creating a safe stimulating and nurturing environment that fosters early development. As a key worker you will bridge the gap between the setting and the home ensuring that each childs individual needs are met through robust care planning and professional collaboration with families and multi-agency partners.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the designated key worker for a specific group of children monitoring their progress and emotional well-being.
- Ensure all work meets CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) standards for Regulated Childcare.
- Maintain open professional communication with parents regarding their childs care plans daily routines and overall progress.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to children families and staff.
- Engage in regular in-house supervision team meetings and mandatory training sessions.
Essentials:
- Experience working with children aged 23 years ideally in a regulated setting
- Experience in observing recording and reporting on child development and behavior.
- Proven ability to build trusting relationships with parents and carers from diverse backgrounds.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an Enhanced DBS
