Pay: $33.15 /hour
Responsibilities
Your Role:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing production equipment to minimize downtime and improve overall reliability. This position focuses on diagnosing mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic issues and performing mechanical repairs and adjustments on manufacturing machinery.

- Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on production machinery and support equipment.
- Diagnose issues with drive components bearings chains belts conveyors gearboxes and pneumatics.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to support plant reliability goals.
- Work closely with Machinists Electricians and Operators to safely return equipment to service.
- Use the CMMS system to record work performed time and parts used.
- Assist in equipment setups alignments and mechanical adjustments.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
- Follow all plant safety policies including Lockout/Tagout and housekeeping standards

Requirements
We need you to have:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read mechanical schematics assembly drawings and equipment manuals.
- Familiar with maintenance systems and documentation (CMMS).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team with multiple crafts.
