Scope of Project

This position supports the FY26 Evergreen Project and is responsible for completing large-scale hardware refreshes including desktops and related peripherals. The Deployment Technician will handle computer imaging replacement scheduling hardware deployment inventory documentation and end-user support in an onsite environment.

Responsibilities:

Transport and store computer inventory following documented procedures
Image computers with Windows 11 using SCCM
Schedule and coordinate computer replacements using ServiceNow
Perform desk-side computer refreshes and replacements
Reclaim and transport retired hardware
Document inventory updates within HAM Pro (ServiceNow)
Provide excellent customer service during onsite deployments
Travel to various county buildings in county vehicles (driven by full-time employee)
Lift push or pull equipment up to 50 lbs regularly

Required Skills:

Large-scale hardware deployments (1000 per year) 2 Years
Hardware inventory transport and storage procedures 2 Years
Windows 11 imaging using SCCM 2 Years
Scheduling via ServiceNow 2 Years
Computer refresh and inventory documentation in HAM Pro 2 Years

Highly Desired Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro
Apple iPhone deployment experience
