What youll be responsible for:
As Principal Creative Art Direction you will lead the development of high-impact brand and campaign work that strengthens Circles global presence. You will translate complex financial and blockchain concepts into clear compelling and compliant visual storytelling. As a senior individual contributor you will own major creative initiatives end-to-end partner closely with cross-functional teams and uphold the visual integrity and consistency of Circles brand across channels.
What youll work on:
Lead the concept development and execution of multi-channel brand and campaign initiatives
Simplify complex concepts in blockchain payments and financial infrastructure into accessible engaging narratives.
Own key brand visuals and ensure consistency across digital social video experiential and print touchpoints
Partner cross-functionally with Copy Brand Product Marketing Legal and Compliance to deliver aligned creative solutions
Provide art direction and creative guidance to internal teammates and external agency partners
Ensure all creative work is on-brand compliant and aligned with strategic objectives
Contribute to the evolution of Circles visual identity system as the brand grows
What youll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements
10 years of experience in creative roles such as Senior Art Director Associate Creative Director or Principal Creative
Strong conceptual development and visual storytelling experience across global brands
Proven ability to simplify complex subject matter into compelling and accessible creative
Expertise in brand systems visual identity and multi-channel execution
Experience collaborating with senior cross-functional stakeholders to bring campaigns to market
Ability to independently lead large complex creative initiatives from strategy through delivery
Preferred Requirements
Experience with blockchain or digital asset products
Combination of agency and in-house experience

Starting pay is determined by various factors including but not limited to: relevant experience skill set qualifications and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
