Duties & Role:
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive).
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID identities groups roles RBAC and conditional access.
- Operate Microsoft Intune for device enrollment configuration compliance and application deployment.
- Perform application lifecycle management
- Support Azure core services.
- Provide incident response troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Maintain operational documentation and standard procedures.
Security Availability & Governance
- Enforce leastprivilege access and zerotrust principles.
- Support MFA devicebased access and security baselines.
- Assist with backup recovery and resiliency for cloud workloads.
- Participate in change risk and impact assessments.
Requirements
Skill Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- 3-5 years of experience in cloud administration or cloud engineering roles.
- Strong handson administration of Microsoft 365.
- Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune.
- Knowledge of Azure core services.
- Cloud security best practices (identity endpoint logging auditing).
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Delivery- and performance-driven
- Proven support of businesscritical systems with defined SLAs.
- Demonstrated incident handling
