Job Summary
. Objectives of the mission
Ensure the stability and availability of IT services.
Provide level 1 and 2 technical support.
Work on infrastructure development projects.
Document standardize and professionalize IT practices.
Supporting the transition to a modernized and coherent environment.
Primary Responsibilities
A. RUN / Support & Exploitation
Level 1/ Level 2 technical support on the entire infrastructure.
Diagnosis and resolution of complex incidents (network servers workstations).
Daily management of environments:
AD / Azure AD
Windows Servers
Virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware depending on context)
Storage backups monitoring
User request management and escalation if necessary.
Operational security monitoring (patching hardening compliance).
B. Projects & Modernization
Network redesign and optimization (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
Upgrade server and storage infrastructure.
Migration or optimization of cloud services (Microsoft 365 Azure).
Overhaul of workstation deployment methods.
Implementation or improvement of the application packaging via Intune.
Standardization and automation (PowerShell Intune GPO etc.).
Participation in the definition of the target architecture.
Technical documentation and skills transfer.
