Job Summary
Contribute to ongoing IT projects by performing tasks assigned by project managers or team leads
Conduct research on new technologies vendors or IT strategies that could benefit the organization.
Create and update documentation for IT systems procedures and training materials.
Participate in training sessions and workshops and shadow experienced IT professionals to learn from their expertise.
Qualifications :
Familiarity with computer hardware software and networks. Even at a basic level understanding how systems interconnect and operate is crucial
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems logically and systematically.
Document solutions write reports and maintain clear documentation for technical procedures.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
Be able to work well in a team as IT projects often require collaboration with various stakeholders.
Precision and attention to detail when working with complex systems to avoid errors and identify issue
