Job Summary
Keystone Advisors is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in support of the Department of the Navy (U.S. Navy) COMNAVSURFPAC Financial Analysis and Audit Remediation Support Team Naval Base Coronado San Diego CA.
The Senior Financial Analyst III serves as the Lead Financial Program Analyst and Program Manager for the COMNAVSURFPAC Financial Analysis and Audit Remediation Support contract. This individual holds full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters related to the daily operation and is responsible for the performance of all work under this effort. The role encompasses planning directing coordinating and analyzing financial activities to ensure efficient and skilled use of resources in support of CNSP Comptroller Finance staff.
Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance
Education:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business;
OR minimum five (5)years of recent financial/audit experience in lieu
of degree.
Experience:
Minimum five (5) years of recent Navy Business Operations
Financial Analyst experience (recent acquired within the last
two years); Recent experience leading BPI initiatives using Lean
Six Sigma and GRGB methodology; Recent experience using
Power BI Access Database and Excel for financial data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
DoN Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Familiarity with N- ERP
andother CNSP financial systems; Prior experience supporting TY-COM
financial operations
