Job Summary
Work will be performed on-site at Naval Base Coronado in San Diego CA.
Keystone is a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) Firm with a proven 17-year track record of delivering a wide range Accounting and Advisory Services in the areas of Management Organizational and Business Improvement Support Financial Analysis Audit Readiness Budget Execution and Reporting Support and internal control support to both government and commercial clients.
The Financial Analyst II provides foundational financial and accounting support to CNSP Comptroller Finance staff. Responsibilities include processing funding documents performing budget and accounting functions reconciling financial data and providing training and assistance to end users in Navy financial systems.
Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret Security Clearance

Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum three (3) years of recent experience in the use of Navy financial
and supply systems (recent acquired within the last two years); Recent
experience performing budget and accounting functions in N-ERP DTS SYNCADA or CMP; Recent experience processing funding documents (PRs) tracking posting and reconciliation
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience providing end-user training on N-ERP or similar DoD
financialsystems; Familiarity with WAWF invoicing procedures; Experience
at a TYCOM orechelon III command
