Job Summary
The opportunity
We are looking for a talented Marketing and Business Development Adviser to join our national team in Auckland on a 15 month maternity leave contract. This is a hands-on varied role at the heart of our brand and business development - perfect for a creative commercially minded marketer ready to make their mark.
What youll do
Youll be joining a collaborative marketing team of eight working closely with our Director of Marketing and marketing and business development professionals across our Auckland and Wellington offices. Your remit will span the full marketing mix:
- Craft compelling proposals campaigns case studies and digital content
- Manage our website social media and HubSpot automation (email landing pages workflows and analytics)
- Oversee client events and sponsorships with support from our Events and Marketing Coordinator
- Collaborate with legal teams across the firm to bring our capabilities to life.
What youll bring
- 23 years B2B marketing experience ideally in professional services
- Hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign Photoshop HubSpot and CMS platforms (including Umbraco)
- Proven marketing and proposal management experience with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
- Strong writing editing and project management skills
- A strategic mindset strong attention to detail an eye for design and a genuinely collaborative approach.
