The Role
Managing daily maintenance and repair requirements
Ensuring full health & safety compliance
Maintaining statutory documentation and records
Liaising with contractors and overseeing site works
Supporting school events and lettings
Supervising cleaning and site staff where applicable

Previous premises or site management experience
