Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Account Management

Develop and implement comprehensive account plans for global and regional customers to achieve revenue and market share growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with emerging customers and markets leveraging industry insights and networks.

Manage and grow high-value strategic key accounts serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisors to senior stakeholders.
2. Organization engagement and processes

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product management business development & technology) to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts maintain up-to-date CRM records and drive adoption of CRM best practices.
3. Deliver Business Results

Develop and work within strategies to grow business and deliver financial results: Volume revenues margins and operating income
-
Negotiate and finalize supply agreements optimizing margins while ensuring alignment with companies value proposition
-
Collaborate with strategic marketing product management finance to lead implementation of pricing decisions within the region
-
Lead executive-level meetings and represent company at major industry conferences trade shows and events.

Monitor market trends customer strategies and competitive dynamics to inform account strategies and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
-
At least 7 years of B2B sales experience in Industrial Lubricants/ Chemical/HVAC/ Compressor Industry/ Specialty Fluids
-
Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic account plans negotiating supply agreements and securing long-term specifications
-
Strong techno-commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate solutions
-
Excellent negotiation relationship-building and communication abilities
-
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for achieving results.
