Job Description:

The Top Key Responsibilities:

Setting up listening sessions with labels and artists with internal team members (programming) during their office hours
Program management - running the floor on getting inputs using established templates for artists and movie promotion campaigns plan execution and post evaluation
Social/editorial content Approvals for Song Usage from labels in the established template
Data analysis and tool usage to manage programs and automation of daily tasks
Maintaining and updating daily weekly and monthly trackers of plans executed with different artists and labels on maestro for post evaluation documentation
Addressing queries from Labels and Artists on song placements
Collecting Screenshots of O&O promotions - Playlist/ Faceout placements push notifications collab posts - All to flow into QBR and monthly reports
Tracking social numbers for all collabs and posts enabled for NR - for assessing impact
Sharing social and content assets from artists and labels to social teams and schedule collab posts
Sharing Label Recommendations and Catalog Promotional Suggestions to Programming and Marketing teams
Maintaining and updating daily weekly and monthly trackers of plans executed with different artists and labels on maestro for post evaluation documentation
