Job Summary
Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle including planning execution monitoring and closure.
Develop comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets ensuring alignment with organizational goals and
objectives.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Establish clear roles and responsibilities for team members and stakeholders and ensure accountability
throughout the project.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and issues.
Monitor project progress track key performance indicators and adjust plans as necessary to meet project
milestones and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders providing regular updates on project status risks and
issues.
Generate opportunities for cross-sell/upsell.
Lead project meetings including kick-off meetings status meetings and stakeholder presentations.
Manage project resources including personnel equipment and materials to optimize efficiency and
productivity.
Keep a close eye on the billing v/s deployed components and highlight diversions if any.
Keep in touch with the customers business owners and decision makers to understand their technology needs
and upsell / cross-sell where possible.
Ensure compliance with project management best practices standards and methodologies.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment promoting teamwork creativity and innovation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery efficiency
and effectiveness.
Mentor and coach junior project management staff providing guidance and support to facilitate their
professional growth and development.
Prepare and present project reports including status reports budget updates and post-project evaluations to
senior management and stakeholders.

Masters degree in project management business administration engineering or related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a demonstrated track record of successfully
managing complex projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project
objectives.

Proven ability to identify project risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
and requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience managing projects in diverse industries or sectors is a plus.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of project
management.
Must be well versed with excel and capable to maintain customer accounts from commercial perspective.
Should be good at documentation and record keeping.
