Job Summary

We have an internal opportunity for an IT Level 1 Helpdesk role based in this permanent fulltime position youll provide firstlevel local and remote IT support to Aussie staff and help maintain our internal IT infrastructure.

Were looking for someone with helpdesk experience relevant IT qualifications and confidence troubleshooting networks printers desktops and laptops. Youll thrive in a fastpaced environment maintain confidentiality stay flexible and bring a positive cando attitude to the team.

Lets talk about you!

  • Experience in a helpdesk function or similar role.

  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in IT.

  • Basic network troubleshooting (LAN/VPN).

  • Previous exposure supporting printers desktops and laptops.

  • Youll bring solid knowledge across the Microsoft stack including Windows Servers Microsoft Azure Active Directory virtual servers Exchange the Office suite and Windows 10.

  • Outstanding personal organisation and time management skills.

  • Experience with MAC support is highly regarded.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced highly dynamic environment.

  • Understands and maintains confidentiality.

  • A can do attitude to own work and the goals of the greater team.


How will you support our Why

As our IT Level 1 Helpdesk you will be involved in the following activities and outcomes:

  • Provide first level local and Remote IT support to all Aussie staff across the business.

  • Maintain our internal IT infrastructure across multiple locations and states.

  • Ensure all IT requests logged are actioned or escalated as appropriate in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Work with end-users in analysing troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software and some basic network support issues.

  • Deployment of new desktop devices (Windows/Apple) and other hardware.

  • Follow set IT security guidelines and practices; whilst working towards continuously improving existing processes.

  • Record and update IT asset management register for all Internal IT devices.
