Job Summary:
The Telecaller Customer Support will be responsible for handling customer calls related to home automation systems providing basic technical assistance troubleshooting support service coordination and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires good communication skills along with technical understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to home automation products
- Provide first-level technical troubleshooting support over phone/video call
- Assist customers with device setup configuration and basic issue resolution
- Coordinate with field service engineers for installation and service visits
- Log customer complaints and maintain service records in CRM/software
- Follow up with customers until issue resolution and closure
- Explain product features usage instructions and maintenance guidelines
- Escalate complex technical issues to the technical team
- Maintain daily call reports and service MIS
- Technical Knowledge Required:
Basic understanding of:
- Electrical wiring concepts
- Switches relays sensors controllers
- Smart home devices (lighting automation curtain motors smart panels etc.)
- Ability to read basic wiring diagrams (preferred)
- Knowledge of IoT-based systems is an added advantage
Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills (English Hindi preferred)
- Customer handling and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office CRM handling)
- Patience and ability to handle multiple calls
- Strong coordination skills
Preferred Profile:
- BE Electronics / Electrical
- 02 years experience in customer support / technical support
- Experience in home automation / electronics industry is an advantage
