        Book the shipment through the DHL

2. Submission of Freight/Service provider Invoice Import & Export

Submission of Freight & Service provider Invoice to finance along with supporting documents for payment ( Hard copy as well soft copy) DHL
Bill tracker update with invoice details
Follow up with finance & forward the payment advice to DHL for closure.

T&R & follow up/Destruction certificate for non returnable shipment.
Preparing hand carry letter
GST tracker entry.

Domestic- Tax Invoice & Deliver challan
