Job Summary
Maintenance Worker (Temporary 6 Months)
Location: Johnson City TX
Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Assignment: 6-Month Temporary Assignment Start ASAP
Pay:$22-24/ hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to assist with maintenance projects in commercial buildings. This role focuses on hands-on labor including painting pulling wiring and general facility upkeep while working under the direction of a Master Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable safety-focused and comfortable performing physical work in various environments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with painting walls ceilings and other surfaces
Help run and pull low-voltage or basic wiring
Support maintenance and repair projects in commercial buildings
Work in attics tight spaces and on ladders as needed
Perform general labor and facility upkeep tasks
Follow direction from Master Technician and adhere to safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
Previous maintenance construction or general labor experience preferred
Drywall installation tape float experience
Comfortable performing physical labor and working in confined spaces
Ability to stand bend lift and work on feet for extended periods
Steel toe boots required
Reliable and able to follow instructions
Pre-Employment Requirements
Must pass a 7-year background check
Must pass a 10-panel drug screening
