Job Summary:
The Presales Executive will be responsible for understanding customer requirements presenting suitable solutions and supporting the sales team in the presales process. The role involves client interaction solution presentation proposal preparation and coordination with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs through meetings calls and product demonstrations.
- Present and explain products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Prepare proposals quotations and solution documents based on customer requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
- Work closely with the sales technical and product teams to develop appropriate solutions.
- Respond to customer queries and address technical or functional questions.
- Provide support in bidding processes tenders and RFP/RFQ submissions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track all presales activities.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good technical and functional understanding of products and solutions.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Strong coordination and teamwork abilities.
- Good documentation and proposal preparation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering IT Business or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Presales Sales Support or Solution Consulting is preferred.
