Candidate Requirements 612 months of experience in telecalling B2B sales or hospitality sales (mandatory). Fluency in Hindi is required; basic English communication is a plus. Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred. Freshers will not be considered for this position. Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Make 80100 professional outbound calls daily to local travel agents tour operators and corporate clients. Develop and onboard new B2B and corporate partnerships for the resort. Share resort details rate cards and promotional content via WhatsApp and email. Ensure timely follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Maintain long-term relationships with corporate and travel partners. Update all lead interactions and follow-up details accurately in the CRM system. Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
