Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to fulfillment updates escalations and coordination.
Communicate with vendors delivery partners and customers to ensure smooth processing.
Resolve queries and complaints within defined TAT.
Maintain professional communication standards always.
Provide timely status updates and follow-ups.
3. Performance & Quality Metrics
Meet defined SLAs and KPIs for fulfillment accuracy and voice handling.
Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and compliance standards.
Requirements
Requirement:
1. Candidate minimum experience 2 to 3 Years in any voice process.
2. Should have good communication skills in English and in any regional language.
3. Good presentable skills.
