About RaftLabs

RaftLabs is a product-focused software development agency building web mobile and AI applications for clients across the US UK Ireland Canada and Europe. We work with founder-led businesses and mid-market operators who need execution partners not vendors.

Were building a focused vertical practice in hospitality techtargeting boutique hotels apartment hotels and small multi-property groups (15120 rooms) that are underserved by large enterprise software and overcharged by generalist agencies.

Role Overview

Were hiring a Lead Generation Executive to build and run our outbound pipeline for the hospitality vertical. This is not a volume-dial role. Youll work in a targeted account-based motion identifying the right operators initiating precise outreach and qualifying conversations for our BD lead.

Youll own top-of-funnel: research list building outreach and first-touch qualification. Youll report directly to the founder and work in tight feedback loops.

What Youll Do

Prospecting & Research

  1. Build and maintain a curated ICP list of boutique hotels apart-hotels and small hotel groups across the US UK Ireland and Canada using tools like Apollo LinkedIn Sales Navigator and manual research

  2. Identify decision-makers (Owners MDs Founders) not procurement or IT

  3. Track trigger events: new property openings rebrands leadership changes OTA review patterns expansion signals

Outbound Execution

  1. Write and execute personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences (not templates contextual sharp value-first)

  2. Run multi-touch sequences across email LinkedIn

  3. A/B test messaging subject lines and value propositions with a structured approach

  4. Target: 812 qualified conversations per month

CRM & Pipeline Management

  1. Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in HubSpot (or equivalent)

  2. Log all activity track sequence performance and flag whats working

  3. Weekly reporting on outreach volume reply rate conversion to call and pipeline quality

Collaboration

  1. Work closely with the founder and strategy lead to refine ICP messaging and vertical positioning

  2. Feed intel from the market back into our offer design (what language prospects use objections competing tools they mention)



Requirements

What Were Looking For

Must Have

  1. 13 years in B2B outbound lead generation (agency SaaS or tech services preferred)

  2. Demonstrated ability to research and build targeted prospect lists (not just pull Apollo exports)

  3. Strong written English you can write a cold email that doesnt read like a cold email

  4. Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach email sequencing tools (Apollo Instantly Lemlist or similar)

  5. Data discipline: you track what you send what works and why

Strong Advantage

  1. Experience targeting US/UK/EU markets

  2. Prior exposure to hospitality SaaS or property tech buyers

  3. Familiarity with trigger-based prospecting (LinkedIn signals review trends job postings as buying intent)

  4. Understanding of agency deal cycles (not SaaS trials longer relationship-driven)

Mindset

  1. You think in pipelines not tasks

  2. You take ownership of your number (qualified conversations/month) without being micromanaged.

  3. Youre curious about the vertical youre selling into youll read about hotel ops OTAs and hospitality software on your own

Compensation & Structure

  1. CTC: Fixed performance incentive linked to qualified meetings generated

  2. Performance bonus: Tied to meetings booked deals influenced (not just volume).
