- Lead client meetings and workshops to elicit analyze and document business requirements
- Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across different business units
- Translate business needs into clear actionable functional and technical requirements
- Perform detailed requirement analysis validation and feasibility assessment
- Identify gaps in requirements and proactively seek clarifications
- Ensure requirements are complete consistent traceable and testable
- Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Develop detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)/ Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)/ Document Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- Create and maintain User Stories in Azure DevOps with clear acceptance criteria
- Develop process flows wireframes mockups and use case diagrams
- Maintain requirements traceability matrix and version control
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination and communication
- Lead client presentations and requirement walkthrough sessions
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business objectives
- Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate requirements when conflicts arise
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to clients and management
- Work closely with Development teams to clarify requirements and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality
- Assist developers in understanding business context and expected outcomes
- Support QA team in test case creation and provide requirement clarifications
- Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and sprint reviews
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and workshops
- Review and test deliverables against documented requirements before final sign-off
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and validation
- Verify that implemented solutions meet business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Identify defects and work with teams to ensure resolution
- Obtain formal sign-offs from stakeholders for requirements and deliverables
- Ensure end-to-end requirement closure and project handover
- Identify opportunities for business process optimization and automation
- Recommend system enhancements and new features based on business needs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BA processes and methodologies
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- 5-8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
- Strong track record in requirement gathering analysis and documentation
- Experience working on enterprise-level applications and complex projects
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid)
- Mandatory expertise in creating:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)/ Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)/ Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- Hands-on experience in writing clear detailed and well-structured technical documentation
- Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams data flow diagrams and use cases
- Experience in developing wireframes and mockups
- Mandatory experience with Azure DevOps for:
- Creating and managing user stories
- Defining acceptance criteria
- Backlog management
- Sprint planning and tracking
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Experience with requirement management and collaboration tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Visio)
- Knowledge of SQL for database queries and data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (This is critical)
- Proven ability in client coordination and relationship management

- Knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7 FHIR HIPAA compliance)
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Understanding of medical coding (ICD-10 CPT)
- Experience with other project management tools (Jira Confluence Trello)
- Knowledge of API documentation and integration requirements
- Familiarity with data modeling and database design
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI Tableau)
- Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP)

- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
- Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC)

- Experience in multiple domains (Healthcare Finance Retail etc.)
- Exposure to AI/ML projects or data analytics initiatives
