Business Development Manager – Land Acquisition
Job Summary

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager Business Development to drive growth through land acquisition and joint development deals. The role involves land identification feasibility evaluation negotiation and deal closure.
The ideal candidate should have a strong real estate market. Knowledge negotiation skills and an established industry network.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Land Identification & Evaluation:
- Scout suitable land parcels for residential commercial or mixed-use developments
- Conduct market research to evaluate location viability infrastructure potential and demand
- Coordinate with architects legal and finance teams for feasibility analysis
2. Financial & Commercial Analysis:
- Prepare and review financial feasibility studies (ROI IRR cash flow projections)
- Support management in evaluating project economics and risk-return scenarios
- Develop business cases for land acquisition proposals
3. Negotiation & Deal Structuring:
- Lead negotiations for acquisitions joint developments and JV structures
- Work with legal advisors on Term Sheets MoUs and Joint Development Agreements (JDAs)
- Ensure compliance with internal approval processes and documentation
4. Relationship Management
- Build networks with brokers consultants landowners and authorities
- Represent Mukti Group at industry events exhibitions and forums
- Maintain stakeholder relationships to identify opportunities
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with Legal Finance and technical teams for due diligence and approvals
- Track and report deal progress and market intelligence to management
- Maintain an updated pipeline of opportunities
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Business Administration or related field
- MBA preferred
Experience:
- 812 years of experience in land acquisition development management or related functions
- Proven experience in negotiating JDAs / JVs and deal closures
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of property laws and due diligence processes
- Excellent communication networking and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of real estate market trends
