Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong expertise in the Zoho ecosystem to lead business process analysis system implementation and project delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams ensuring successful Zoho solutions implementation and optimization aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct workshops to understand process gaps and improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Create BRDs FRDs user stories and workflow documentation.
Recommend automation and optimization solutions using Zoho applications.
Project Management
Plan execute and monitor Zoho implementation projects.
Define scope timelines milestones and deliverables.
Manage cross-functional teams (developers consultants stakeholders).
Track risks issues and dependencies; ensure timely resolution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Zoho Implementation & Optimization
Lead implementation/configuration of:
Zoho CRM
Zoho Books
Zoho Creator
Zoho Projects
Zoho Desk
Zoho Analytics (preferred)
Configure workflows automation blueprints reports and dashboards.
Coordinate integrations with third-party systems (API integrations).
Conduct UAT sessions and manage user training.
Ensure data migration accuracy and system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field.
3 years experience in Business Analysis or Project Management.
Hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem implementation.
Strong knowledge of CRM processes sales pipelines finance workflows.
Experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
