What you will do:
Drive sales for OOH & DOOH media inside metro stations
Generate leads and convert them into confirmed advertising deals
Handle retail corporate and government accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies direct clients and government bodies
Prepare proposals presentations and rate cards for clients
Coordinate with internal operations and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
Monitor all allotted metro stations on a daily basis including:
Display quality and visibility
Campaign compliance
Maintenance and operational issues
Track sales pipeline follow-ups and closures to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Provide market intelligence competitor analysis and client feedback
Ensure timely collection of payments and coordination with accounts team
Requirements
Proven experience in OOH/DOOH sales (metro airport or transit media preferred)
Strong understanding of outdoor advertising formats and operations
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to independently manage clients and close deals
Proactive self-motivated and a go-getter attitude
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with fieldwork and daily station monitoring
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field (preferred)
34 years of relevant experience in OOH/DOOH or media sales
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business development sales or a similar role with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with specific industry and its market dynamics trends and challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and create win-win outcomes for the business and clients. Analytical Skills: Ability to gather analyze and interpret data to inform business strategies and decision-making processes. CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho to track leads deals and progress. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. .
