We are currently hiring a Tech Sales Consultant to help us position and sell highly skilled tech professionals to international clients.
Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Tech Sales Consultant with a strong understanding of technology technical stacks and software development terminology. The ideal candidate must be able to confidently communicate technical competencies understand client requirements and convert talent into successful placements.
This role requires someone who understands both tech and sales either from a Product Management Tech Recruitment or Tech Sales background and can operate effectively within the CST time zone.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients hiring tech talent
Understand client technical requirements (tech stacks architecture frameworks seniority levels etc.)
Position and present suitable tech candidates to clients
Translate technical capabilities into business value
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting pitching negotiation closing)
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to align candidate profiles with client expectations
Maintain CRM records and track pipeline performance
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and placement targets

Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work CST time zone consistently
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
