This is a remote position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital social media email and print).
- Coordinate and manage sales activities including tracking leads sales follow-ups and customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate sales and marketing data.
- Support the sales team with product information quotes and proposals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports for management to monitor performance.
- Coordinate trade shows events and promotional activities.
- Support content creation for marketing materials social media and the company website.
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field preferred.
- 13 years of experience in sales marketing or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of the tools hardware or construction industry is a plus.
- Attention to detail problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.

Proficient in CRM systems ideally Zoho CRM with proven experience in data handling tagging and segmentation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights. Excellent online research capabilities able to find and organise relevant prospect data efficiently. Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Solid written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently manage priorities and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
