Our Client is a Natural Spring Water Company supplying clients with home or business delivered 15L water bottles.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations. This role requires strong accounting knowledge proficiency in Xero excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
The position involves accounts receivable and payable payroll BAS reporting and financial statement preparation split across the two organisations as outlined below.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Apostle Spring Water (34 days per week)
Accounts Receivable:
Assign eWay payments to invoices in Xero
Assign Paypal payments to invoices in Xero
Assign internet transfer payments to invoices in ASWOS and Xero
Accounts Payable:
Enter invoices and receipts into Xero
Enter subcontractor invoices into Xero
Bank reconciliation: reconcile payments on bank statements to receipts invoices and subcontractor invoices
Payroll:
Reporting:
2. Roleystone Chiropractic (12 days per week)
Accounts Receivable:
Reporting:
Prepare yearly Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet
Requirements
Proven accounting experience with Xero and Excel
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks across two sites and varying schedules
Knowledge of Australian tax and BAS compliance
