What youwilldo

  • Ensure product testingandtrials in support of sales team

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns byleveragingproduct knowledge and building strong relationships with end users

  • Engage with key decision-makers to secure specifications across various marketsas well asconduct local market value assessments and prepare market platforms

  • Develop acomprehensiveunderstanding of value chainanddecision-making process (technicalandcommercial) for relevant customersandmarkets.IdentifyUPMscustomer value proposition in the context of competitionandentry barrier

  • Coordinate local product launches in alignment with the Strategic Business Unit (SBU)

  • Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen market presence

  • Provide a market viewandend-user mapping to be recorded in the market platform

  • Collaborate with UPMs international business development network to share market and application knowledge and support product innovation

  • Act as an application and market expert for the sales team helping them achieve their targets

  • Build connections with relevant professional associations and activelyparticipatein seminars webinars exhibitions and other marketing activities

Who you are

  • You have5-10yearsofexperience insalesorbusiness development(preferablypressure-sensitivelabelandpackaging industry)

  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills and are fluent in English and the local language of the state

  • Youdemonstratethe ability to build strong customer and end-user relationships and contribute to business growth
