Job Summary
Looking for your next step in finance operations Selfco is expanding and were on the hunt for a detaildriven proactive Settlements Officer to join our busy Settlements team based in Sydney.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy getting things right the first time youll love this role. As the Settlements Officer you will closely with our Settlements Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring smooth accurate and timely settlements for our extensive broker network.

What Youll Do
- Process settlement requests from our broker network quickly and accurately
- Review loan documentation and ensure all requirements are met before issue
- Accurately prepare settlement figures and manage disbursements
- Complete PPSR registrations for each contract
- Conduct confirmation calls with customers at settlement
- Send remittances to suppliers and brokers
- Issue welcome packs to customers postsettlement
- Manage postsettlement followups including PPSR removals for refinances
What You Bring
- 2 years in settlements loan processing or a similar finance role (highly desirable)
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Good numerical and problemsolving ability
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced highvolume environment
- Collaborative reliable and teamfocused
