Job Summary

Looking for your next step in finance operations Selfco is expanding and were on the hunt for a detaildriven proactive Settlements Officer to join our busy Settlements team based in Sydney.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy getting things right the first time youll love this role. As the Settlements Officer you will closely with our Settlements Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring smooth accurate and timely settlements for our extensive broker network.

What Youll Do

Process settlement requests from our broker network quickly and accurately
Review loan documentation and ensure all requirements are met before issue
Accurately prepare settlement figures and manage disbursements
Complete PPSR registrations for each contract
Conduct confirmation calls with customers at settlement
Send remittances to suppliers and brokers
Issue welcome packs to customers postsettlement
Manage postsettlement followups including PPSR removals for refinances

What You Bring

2 years in settlements loan processing or a similar finance role (highly desirable)
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Good numerical and problemsolving ability
A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to work in a fast-paced highvolume environment
Collaborative reliable and teamfocused
