As an Administrative Support Officer you will provide high-quality administrative and reception support that underpins the effective day-to-day operations of the Office of the Vice Chancellor and Chancellery at the Brisbane South (Nathan) campus.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors senior stakeholders and staff ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the operational rhythm of a dynamic executive environment.
Heres how youll make it matter:
- You will manage the Chancellery reception function welcoming visitors responding to enquiries and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience.
- Coordinate diaries meetings and logistics including venues catering documentation and audiovisual requirements.
- Provide high-quality administrative support including correspondence mail processing room bookings visitor access and supply coordination.
- Support travel financial and procurement processes in line with University policies and procedures.
- Contribute to events workshops and executive activities while maintaining accurate systems records and compliance standards.

Salary Range
The full-time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4 range $73623 $77680 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $86138 $90558 per annum.
