Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

This is an hourly contract position and will work with the existing US based Talent Acquisition team in Dallas TX.

To identify attract and hire qualified candidates to meet the organizations staffing needs playing a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong workforce.

What youll do

• Youll execute both local and global recruitment strategies to align hiring efforts 
• Youll screen resumes conduct initial interviews and schedule followup interviews with hiring teams
• Youll manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking systems (ATS) ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws
• Youll support the teams in writing and posting job descriptions that follow global guidelines and standards
• Youll respond promptly to candidates and participate in job fairs or recruitment events when needed

Qualifications :

• You have two plus years experience in fullcycle recruiting sourcing and employer branding techniques
• You ideally have prior recruiting knowledge in the investor services or alternative asset space
• You have the proven ability to source passive talent and maintain related email campaigns  
• You are a critical thinker who enjoys solving problems and demonstrates excellent time management skills
• You thrive in fastpaced environments and are comfortable working in a global organization and adapting to change
