Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant II
Contract Location: Charleston SC - Administrative office setting
Contract Duration: 3 months (13 weeks) with possibility of extension and potential for permanent conversion
Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Consultant II is responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for assigned positions using a combination of active and passive sourcing strategies.
The role serves as the primary point of contact for recruitment needs with assigned departments building partnerships with operational leaders and providing guidance on sourcing strategies best practices and alignment with organizational goals and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: -
Perform full-cycle recruiting activities.

Source and engage candidates through job boards social media and other channels.

Partner with hiring leaders to support recruitment needs.

Provide guidance on effective recruiting strategies and best practices.

Identify recruitment barriers and opportunities for improvement.

Deliver data-informed solutions to improve hiring outcomes.

Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Recruiting Focus Areas: Minimum Requirements: -
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field with relevant recruiting experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Full-cycle recruiting experience.

Ability to create and implement recruiting strategies.

Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM are preferred.
