Were looking for a highly organised and detail-focused team member to join our MCC National Assessing Capability team as a Capability Support Officer.
This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of assessor training nationally ensuring training schedules logistics records and collateral are well governed and run smoothly.
Youll work closely with trainers operations teams and leaders to make sure our assessors are day-one ready and supported to maintain capability over time.
What youll do
Coordinate and publish the national assessing training calendar including scheduling room bookings and invitations
Liaise with business stakeholders trainers and subject matter experts to coordinate induction refresher and upskill training
Act as a key point of contact for training-related queries from leaders trainers and participants
Support new starter readiness by partnering with hiring managers on induction logistics
Manage training records attendance and completion data to support capability monitoring
Maintain and govern training collateral ensuring version control approvals and audit readiness
Produce regular reporting on training participation completion and credential status
Identify opportunities to improve training operations processes and ways of working
What youll bring
Experience in a Motor Claims or Training/Capability environment (minimum 2 years)
Strong coordination administration or operational support experience
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Confidence working with data reporting and training systems (LMS/SharePoint)
A proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced changing environment
A collaborative approach aligned to Suncorps values and behaviours
