Telecom Sector | IT Operations Support
Job Summary
- Operate and maintain network infrastructure and services
- Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting (fast and effective)
- Execute and validate post-change interventions
- Monitor platforms and analyze performance metrics
- Manage alerts using tools like Zabbix Prometheus Grafana etc.
- Support virtualized environments and M2M infrastructures
- Work closely with technical teams and validate application reports
Qualifications :
Technical Skills:
- Experience in IT infrastructure or network support
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and common network protocols
- Experience with Linux
- Basic scripting (bash) is a plus
- Monitoring tools experience (Prometheus Grafana etc.)
- Databases: PostgreSQL or MongoDB (basic knowledge)
- Good English level
Nice to have: Telco or M2M background.
