We are offering a great work experience in Lisbon Portugal as a Specialist in Food & Logistics Sector.
The activities
- Being the point of contact for customers across the assigned market(s).
- Conducting reactivation outbound calls to former subscribers to understand their needs and encourage them to return.
- Clarifying questions related to meal-kit plans delivery schedules subscription flexibility and recipe options.
- Ensuring smooth customer experiences through accurate information sharing and effective problem resolution.
- Supporting quality service delivery aligned with the clients mission of simple enjoyable home-cooking.
- Contributing to the achievement of the clients operational objectives.
Requirements
- Dutch C2 level
- English B2 level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
