We are offering a great work experience in Porto Portugal for a role as a
Dutch Infrastructure Operations Specialist.
What does your day-to-day in this role look like:
- Deliver digital customer support handling inquiries debt communication service-related questions and sales opportunities while contributing to revenue and company objectives.
- Manage and respond to requests from customers and external authorities (police judicial and regulatory bodies ombudsman) ensuring accurate compliant and timely case resolution.
- Oversee case documentation billing and collection processes guaranteeing proper system records revenue reconciliation and financial accuracy.
The relocation package included:
- Administrative assistance for all your documentation (tax number social security bank account)
