As an Employee Success Manager youll be at the heart of our small but mighty team of 11-50 employees helping to shape our culture and ensure our teams success. Tasks
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to create a positive workplace environment.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address employee concerns and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to provide support and gather feedback on job satisfaction.
- Organize team-building activities and events to foster a sense of community and collaboration among employees.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or employee engagement roles preferably in the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with a diverse team and understand their needs.
- Ability to develop and implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Familiarity with change management and conflict resolution techniques to maintain a positive work environment.
- Enthusiastic about staying updated with the latest trends in employee engagement and workplace culture.
