Key Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with account-related questions services and product usage
Deliver clear and accurate information with step-by-step guidance
Address and resolve issues with professionalism empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
Accurately record customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems
Recognize complex or urgent matters and escalate them appropriately
Work closely with internal teams to maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
