Job Summary

Main duties:
- Advise clients on a comprehensive range of employment law matters and regulatory requirements
- Author and review legal documentation including pleadings contracts and workplace policies
- Oversee equal pay audits and job evaluation compliance projects
Serve as legal counsel in court and tribunal sittings specialize in dispute resolution - Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and provide legal support to team under partners supervision
What skills do you need
- A minimum of 3 years of PQE within a law firm or in-house legal department
- Proven track record in employment law and industrial relations
- Superior drafting capabilities paired with rigorous analytical thinking
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- A proactive interest in legal trends focused on building both personal and firm-wide reputation
- A resilient results-driven professional who thrives both independently and in collaborative team settings
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
