We’re looking for a Client Relations Officer who will be the frontline ambassador of the Fyorin brand — offering exceptional support, cultivating strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to help clients get even more value from our platform.
This is more than a support role: you'll become a trusted advisor to our clients, using your in-depth understanding of their needs to upsell relevant features and products that solve real pain points.
