The Head of Performance and Programme Delivery willbe accountable for the assurance governance and delivery oversightacross the programmeandsupport the Assistant DirectorforBrent Cross Cricklewood (BXC) toprovide strategic leadership acrossthe portfolio of projectsand partnershipsat Brent Cross Town Brent CrossNorthand Brent Cross West.
You will embed and upholda culture of strong governance and operational discipline across all parts of the programme tightening controls where necessaryto meet the demands of a high value multi-phase regeneration programme.
This is a unique and high-impact senior management role that reflects the scale and complexity of the BXC programme: you will ensure the Council works effectively within itsexistingpartnerships while expanding relationships with central government departmentsandsub-regional partners to secure the successful delivery of a wide range of strategic outcomes.
The postholder will be expected tooperateat the highest levels of leadership and assuranceprovidinghorizon scanning strategic insight challenge and innovation.
About you
- You will be a strategic thinker with significant experience of effectively leading programme assurance and delivery within complex multi-stakeholder environments at a senior management level.
- You will have exceptional and demonstrable experience ofsuccessfully implementing strong programme governance risk management and performance frameworks on complex high-profile regeneration schemes within a public sector context.
- You will have strong financial and commercial acumen withextensiveexperience of managing diverse funding streams and ensuringhigh standardsof probity.
- You will be politically astute with experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and influencing at senior levels.
- You will be accountable collaborative and will work effectively to manage a diverse workload with competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
