(Oxford) Deputy Manager STARS and Front of House Services

What youll do:

Be part of our dynamic and fast paced STARS leadership team

Motivate and support STARS teams across the UK

Lead recruitment training and service excellence

Deliver our fantastic STARS training program nationally 

Build strong stakeholder relationships

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Have a voice that helps shape the future of the STARS program

Be creative and think outside the box

What youll bring:

An inspirational leader who can work effectively independently and within a team

Working knowledge of administrative computer packages such as MS Office GSuite etc.

 Operational and commercial experience

Experience in recruitment/training/admin (Desirable)  

Qualifications :

• 5 Year checkable work history
• SIA licensed will be required to be obtained during employment with our support
• First Aid at Work will be required to be obtained during employment with our support
• Full clean driving license and access to own vehicle
• AET Level 3 certified  to be obtained during employment with our support
