The Role
Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4 with potential KS5 depending on experience
Delivering structured and engaging lessons that balance creativity and technical skill
Supporting pupils with coursework sketchbook development and exam preparation
Monitoring pupil progress and implementing targeted intervention strategies
Contributing to curriculum development and departmental planning
Organising displays and celebrating pupil achievement
Supporting whole-school improvement initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Art or related discipline
Experience teaching Art at secondary level
Strong classroom management and practical teaching skills
A commitment to raising standards and improving outcomes
A proactive and collaborative approach
