The Interim Global Head of Communications will lead how our MC Saatchi Group shows up to our people.
This is not a traditional brand or corporate communications role. It is a senior growth leadership position sitting at the intersection of culture reputation and commercial momentum.
ABOUT THE ROLE
What youll do
Own Global Internal Communications
You will help us design and lead a cohesive global communications system that reaches every part of the organisation.
Translate strategy ambition and change into clear compelling narratives
Establish a consistent global communications rhythm across markets
Ensure leaders and teams feel informed aligned and energised
Drive consistency of messaging so no part of the Group is disconnected or misinformed
Create visibility around priorities progress and performance
Strengthen Connection Across the Group
Building on employee feedback and engagement insights you will improve how our people experience being part of MC Saatchi globally.
Deliver impactful leadership communications (webcasts visits cascades)
Clarify roles between global regional and local communications
Support workforce engagement initiatives and leadership accessibility
Reinforce a culture of openness transparency and momentum
Tell the Story of Our Progress and Impact

Sharing case studies and success stories across markets
Celebrating achievements and milestones consistently

Develop a clear internal communications strategy for internal collaboration platforms
Increase engagement usability and ROI from existing channels
Reduce noise while improving reach and effectiveness
Lead on Sensitive and Complex Communications
In a rapidly changing world internal communications must be calm credible and decisive well need you to;
Manage communications related to socio-political issues using established frameworks
Support crisis or reputation-sensitive situations internally
Address employee concerns around ESG AI and societal impact
Were looking for this Interim Global Head of Internal Communications to:
Own global internal communications building clarity and belief across markets
Own re-launch of global internal collaboration platform
Ensure quarterly all employee Global Live Updates are delivered seamlessly as well as Global CEO monthly updates
Ensure key global messaging is communicated with correct audiences
Lead on content and ensure smooth activation of monthly SLT calls
Lead on content and delivery of annual SLT offsite in June
Ensure delivery of quarterly Network Member SLT calls
ABOUT YOU
What you bring (essential)
Significant experience leading internal communications in a global organisation
Strong track record of supporting transformation growth or cultural change
Experience working across multiple markets and complex structures ideally during periods of change
Proven ability to support C-suite and senior leaders with messaging and executive communications
Ability to simplify sophisticated ideas into powerful accessible narratives
Understanding of cultural drivers employee sentiment and internal reputation
What youre good at
Bringing clarity structure and rhythm across comms cycles
Building belief connection and cohesion across global teams
Managing multiple stakeholders and influencing at senior levels
Remaining calm clear and solutionsfocused under pressure
