Job Summary
Do you want to become part of an experienced and highly motivated team Atfinity is a leading Swiss software provider in the banking automation business. Our AI-inspired rule engine allows companies to create scalable process apps quickly and easily. Without writing a single line of code domain experts can configure processes such as opening a new bank account. By eliminating traditional coding Atfinity digitises processes significantly faster and enables rapid adaptation whenever requirements change.
To strengthen our product organisation we are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team in Niš Serbia.
As Product Manager you are the guardian of the logical and consistent behaviour of the Atfinity application. You ensure that existing and new features work together seamlessly remain understandable and behave in a predictable and well-documented way. You act as the central reference point for how the system is designed to function and evolve.
Tasks
Your tasks will include
- Maintaining and extending a clear structured product documentation that reflects the current system behaviour
- Helping to define and describe new features ensuring they integrate cleanly with existing functionality
- Supporting Quality Assurance by clarifying expected behaviour edge cases and acceptance criteria
- Acting as the bridge between configuration development and QA to ensure consistency and quality
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any field (degree in engineering mathematics economics or english is an advantage)
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills and a pragmatic approach to solving problems
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Experience with working with banks is a plus
- Valid working permit for Serbia
- Most important: Somebody with a curious mind and a fast learner
